Ok guys, I got the bumper cap painted and it came back with the back edge not painted? It's like this on both sides. I don't really understand how that could have happened, but I don't think it should be like that. It will be an area that you will be able to see. Am I being overly critical here?





Also, I got a tailgate bezel painted, I asked for a Tahoe one but I can see that it is textured, not smooth like the escaldes. The Tahoe's are smooth right, not the textured ones painted?

Yeah, that's what I though. I just don't understand how they could mess that one up....I think I'll have em pick it back up and repaint it again. Still a little confused on the tailgate bezel too.

That bumper cap should not be like that.I would take it back and get them to fix it.As far as the handles did you ask for Tahoe handles or Tahoe LT handles?Only the LT has the smooth handles.

The tahoe has a completely different gate handle. You could get one from a SS or maybe C3, but I just sanded mine smooth to save money. BTW someone needs an *** kicked for that paint job

Yes, definitely take it back and tell them to redo the paint work. That shouldn't have happened.

You need the tailgate bezel from the C3. That one is smooth. Sorry I don't have the part number handy.

 

the red one wasn't, the black one was. I am going to send that back to em and also do the same for the tailgate handle. I will make sure he gets the smooth handle this time (15752896?).
