Default Bulb Question...

Did a search and alls i found was info on silverstars....Im wonder what i keep seeing around town...where these bulbs are actually putting off a blue tint but they arn't HID kits....what company makes the BEST bluest (sp) bulb that actually lights the road up with a good blue tint? I've gone through several different bulbs and im still not satisfied..

i wouldn't waste my time or money. the bluest ones i've seen were from a car audio/video installer here in dfw. i don't remember the name of them, but they had performance in it. i was talking to the owner and he said they don't last very long anyways.. better save some coin for them hid's.

good luck.

Blue doesn't necessarily mean brighter or better. I was driving next to a guy in a nbs on the highway last night who had blue bulbs, and I have silverstar ultras. I could see at least 2x as far as his lights. I'd go with the ultras, I love mine.

If you're going to stay with halogen, PIAA's are your best bet IMO.
