Default Black or polished rims???

The truck is a BLACK 2006 CC chevy that will soon be lowered 4/7. I have a buddy that offered me cash for my current wheels and tires(Centerline Tomcat 22x9" w/ 5.5" backspacing and nitto 555 265/40/22 tires). Rims are mint and the tires are 70% tread. Hes offering me $1500 for them and im thinking about it. Kind of a low offer IMO and I wasn't planning to sell them anyhow but i have been considering black 22's with the polished lip for a good while now and just haven't decided whether to do it or not yet. I like the Boss 315's in black and also the AR RT-S wheels. What do you guys think? Stick with the polished look or go black on black?

Let me know which wheels you think would look good or what finish you think would look best etc.... I'm trying to decide the best look for my truck! Thanks guys!!

Black centers with polished lip on a black truck. Do it, Darth Vader would.

I really love the black look but i havent decided if i like it enough to get rid of my polished centerlines for it. Im kinda worried that if i do try the black wheels and dont like it as much, ill want my old rims back which im sure my buddy would'nt want to give up cause hes been buggin me for them for awhile now.

Can you post a pic of your truck and the wheel that you are considering? It would probably help us formulate an opinion better.
