Default Black Chrome!

Hey guys I am wanting to black chrome my wheels within the next month just to give my truck a different look. I am some what familer with the prep and paint process so I am not worried about it. Here is my question and would like to know what you think. I have a 2006 Chevy Silverado and everyone I know is color matching there front bumper. What I am wanting to do is black chrome mine and have something that no one has around here. I have the bumper cap color matched along with the grill. What do you guys think. I dont wanna color match it, and I am already going to be painting my wheels black chrome. Is it worth a shot to see what it might look like?

I am going to use the dupli color kit from autozone. I asked my local powder coating guy I have used before in the past and he said 400 a wheel. and it would take him 2 weeks. I was like well since its my only truck i would like to be able to knock it out over a weekend. I am hoping it turns out good on the wheels but I am still up in the air about doing it to my front bumper. Hell I might even do it to my chrome intake tube as well. O_o hmmmm

Well it looks like I will be doing the intake first to see how I like it and then go from there. I am hoping to have pics up by Sunday. After she gets her detail of course!
