billet bow tie...not billet grille. remove the piece of plasic connecting your core support to the grille. theres 5 or 6 little phillips head clips. dont attempt to remove them! just twist them 1/2 turn counter clockwise. theres a clip on each side of the grille that holds the corners to the fender. just grab on and pull it until it snaps out. it might take a little muscle if its never been pulled. replace in opposite order

He is talking about the bowtie, not the inserts. To remove the grille, there should be 2 plastic screws on the top and 2 on the bottom. Once these are removed the ends, between the lights, are just snapped in. Just pull a little on these and they should pop out. Then you will see how to get the bowtie out, very easy.
edit: txsilverado beat me to it, maybe there are more than 4 of those plastic screws, I don't remember since its been a while, either way you will be able to see them.
