Default Billet grill installation

I just got a new billet grill for my 99 silverado. What is the easiest way to put it on? I will probably take the whole grill off because that looks like the only way i can screw the inserts in. Do the factory inserts have to be cut out or can they be taken off some other way without cutting them?

I got mine off of ebay. I had to take the grille off and cut it to get the new one on. The instructions are hard but once you look at it its pretty much self explanatory.

I bought an ebay billet grille too. Click on my sig to find my truck's website. Then click on the "installs" link. I took lots of pics of the removal and install plus added plenty of commentary.

I would have posted a direct link to my install pics, but my site was experiencing technical difficulties when I posted.
