Best size tires for 17s?

What tires would look good on a 2WD 03 Sierra with stock 17s off an 06 GMC? Mt truck has 2 inch drop shackles in the rear. Trying to go with something lighter, these 20s are killing me.

I like these, I just put them on my truck a couple weeks ago. 275/60-17 Toyo Proxies S/T. It's my second set.

285/60/17 is what I run, 30.5" diameter.

I run a 265/65 on my Denali wheels, with a 2" shackle. I just think it's the right amount of tire for my taste.
