Best and cheapest way to 2" drop rear end?

If you wanted to save the most money, just take out a leaf.... If you wanted 2" guaranteed go with new 2" shackles. I put some on my dad's truck and it sits level.. I got them for $40 on ebay...

The dealership or junkyard! I took out my lift blocks and got about a 2" drop, I used the 2wd U-bolts but I think you can use the 4wd ones and just cut them alittle shorter. I used the shackles too but I need 2" more so it sits level with the front. How hard to have leaf springs de-arched?
