Default Anyone plasti-dip their whole truck?

So a friend of mine recently dipped his whole sti, and it got me seriously considering dipping my nbs ecsb. the main concern i have is A: how much dip do i need? and B: has anyone done a truck before? were you happy with the results? any issues with peeling or anything? My friend isn't a reliable source to ask these questions since he dipped the car, drove it a week and then garaged it until spring. any insight would be muchly appreciated! and for those wondering, i'm thinkin matte blue.

i personally have not done it, but one of my friends dip. he used dipyourcar and ordered the large truck kit and it was enough to do the whole truck. from what i can see he has had no issues with it and its been done for about half a year.

I did a pis poop job on mine simply BC I was too far away. I didn't realize you have to go a little heavy on it. I got the gun at homdepot for like $45. And the paint to spray the truck was like $90ish shoot. Comes in ready to mix cans.

As long as you don't stand 3 feet back and mist it like my dumbass there is rely know way to **** it up.

Do a bunch of light coats. The **** dryes by the time you get the others end so there is really no waiting around. And the cool thing is.

You don't have to mask off ****. Everything cuts itssellf wen you go to peel. So you have great lighnes

They just released chameleon additive. I'm dippin my whole truck. This stuff rocks. I dipped my grill, it's holding up great. I have even ran it though a automated car wash multiple times.

I had debated doing mine in a pearl white to mix it up... never actually pulled the trigger though.

do it thick, Ive done several vehicles. the thicker the better. Im talking 8+coats. If you do it thinner it is more difficult to remove because it will rip.
