Default anyone ever use bulldog?

just wondering on where to get it from and about how much it'll run me....lookin to paint some engine pieces & i'm gonna smooth my dash to paint it black...also wanted to know if it's better to get the aerosol or the liquid to spray...thanks guys!

heres the link, a buddy of mine that used to paint said this stuff used to work fine, no chipping or anything, i dont have any personel experience with it but a buddy said it works damn good
