Quik~ If you knew what you were talking about you would know that NHRA and IHRA tracks require a roll cage at 11.49 and faster ET's.

 

That truck has came a long way. Im to big (6''8' 275lbs) to be climbing over a roll cage to get in and out in a daily driver. but I LOVE the seats. I would gladly trade my two tone leather for a pair of those.

 

Slowprocess- Nice truck. I see you have the cage, what exactly are your plans with the truck engine wise?

i stated my opinion about his interior thats it, we all are entilted to our opinions. i didnt know what his motor consisted of or capablities of the truck. thats why i wrote whta i did. so thank you and have a nice day

 

Ok. Your post came off as bing sarcastic(sp) and like you were just bashing Slow's ride. And for what it is worth, NHRA just changed their rules to 11.49 from 11.99 ET's.

 

I definately caught the sarcasm in his post, but if you go back and search some of his past posts......you can get a pretty good idea of what kind of person he is. I'll leave it at that.

 

I'm going to be building the motor this year and putting a good bit of juice to it. If I can swing it, by the end of the year, I would like to swap over from the spray to a nice turbo setup, but I am getting married this year as well. I hear that costs a few dollars as well.

Thanks guys for the feedback. It's really come a long way over the years, and I'm looking forward to having it worked on for years to come. When my warehouse clears out in November, its going in to get stripped down and repainted. It's going to be fun!!!
