24's + drop + rubbing ....

i got 305/35/24's on myine and it sits at stock height and rubs a bit , im sure you could drop it quite a bit if you dont mind a bit of front bumper trimming and no front mudflaps.

Yes you can drop it on 24's. If you have a 07-up truck it will be much much easier. The fender wells will support some huge tire sizes even with a 4/7 or so.

If you have a 99-07 truck then you'll need to run some tiny as tires like 275/25/24s which I would be scared to death to drive on and they would have to rid like ****.

well i have the 2008 .. and ive been browsing mcgaughy's website and i stummbled across
4/6 with
Kit Includes:

Spindles
Coils
Shackles
Leaf Springs
Bump Stops


and 4/7
Kit Includes:

Spindles
Coils
Flip Kit
Bump Stops

and i want 24's but i dont know what size tires to go with .. some say 305/35 and some say 275 .. please let me know what to do or how to solve this issue .. plus i will have a street scene ss bumper and im worried it will rub on bumps every time .. :/

i have never been in a situation like this at all .. SOO HELP ME please

i would go alittle wider since they are 10in wide. Atleast a 295.

a tire shop said i should go with 305/35 i dont know if that wont rub ..!!!!

i dont think if would rub in the back.....as for the front there is a 50/50.



Just saw that you are going with a 4 in front. Shouldn't rub at all.

hey man im new here but i have a 06 regular cab on 305.35.24 2" drop spindles and 4 rear i have a problem with the front left tire rubbing, think about 1.5 front
