Default 22" wheels with a 4/6 drop HELP

Hi,

I have a 2005 silverado with 4/6 drop...I'm looking a 22x9" wheels with 5.5" backspacing. Will these fit or will they rub. If they'll rub what should I go with. Thanks

I believe they will rub. You will probably need a 6"-6.25" backspacing.

I don't no for sure, but he is probably right. I have a 8" wheel with 5" backspacing and its doesn't quite tuck. With a 9", you would need more than 6" so 6.25" is probably about right.

I have 20X8.5's w/ 6" of backspacing and they WILL tuck, so with a wider wheel/taller wheel you'll need more to keep from hitting the fender lip.

I have a 4/6 on 22x9.5 with 6.22" of bs and they will tuck with the lips rolled hard, but I can tell when I bag it, they will rub the inner fender well layed out
