thats good to know. i just like how the vinyl wont get so dirty like the fabric does.

 

You have to replace the base also. The center seat that does not fold, doesn't have the hinge or the mounting for it. I did this conversion in my truck.

but my center seat does fold. so does that mean it is diferent thans yours. i am going to go up to the dealr later this week.

 

does anybody know if you can only buy the top piece of the center console in a 40/20/40 front bench. i dont want to end up buying the whole cnsole though because the fabric will be different.

 

I had the top piece replaced on mine under warranty, so I'm sure that you can get just the swinging armrest. I don't have the part number, but give your local Chevy/GMC dealer a call! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
