2001 tahoe 3157 parking lights / blinkers how can i make them brighter...help

2001 tahoe 3157 parking lights / blinkers how can i make them brighter...help
i changed all my bulbs and the 3157's for the parking lights / blinkers is real dim.
when i use the turn signal they brighten up with the flash but when they are on normally they are dim. it looks terrible.
i know it is not the bulbs because i put them as my reverse lights too and they look like another set of headlights ( they are that bright )
anyone have tips on what i can do to make these brighter ? this way i can kind of match my headlights.
