I have a 2/4 with 1/2 thick bump stop. Put on some AIR RIDE AIR SLAM bags on the back. They will fix all your problems. Look at their on board aicompressor while you are at it.

 

I uset the arms that I made, No problems with the alignment. I can also kit the steering stops in both directions so no loss of turning radius. I've put around 75 miles on em' so far and no issues. They work as planed. Just need to figure out what to do in the rear.

I have firestone helper bags with my 4 inch drop. I went with a soft shock, ProComps, and stiffened them up with about 20 psi in the bags. The truck rides really nice. I have about 1.5 inch of space. Used DJM components.

now with the roll pan being so light it never really bottoms out even with stock shocks. I'll be putting my Edelbrock shocks in the Classified section soon.

I have had notches in 2 trucks that i have owned...use good stuff and as long as it's done right you won't have any problems. Once a notch is in you never have to worry about clearence issues.

 

I thought you bought Body Coddingtons? His are American Racing wheels.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I thought that you were not supposed to cut (c-notch)the frame because it was hydro - formed (sp)?
