11 inch wide rims on lowered truck

Default 11 inch wide rims on lowered truck

I have some 17" Budnik wheels that I want to stretch out to 11" wide for the rear of my truck to run a wider
tire. Will this combination fit without have to cut anything? My truck is lowered 4/6 right now. Just not sure if the width will work or not I appreciate the help

Grab a tape measure and find out?

Add whatever length you need to the back side and see if it touches the leaf springs.

yea its going to depend on the specs of the wheel currently. Stock leafs get tight depending on the tire with more than 7.5" backspacing

Sorry guys I wasn't intending for someone to do the work for me I should have clarified. I was just looking for help in figuring out if it was possible or not.from the outside lip on my current rim that is 8.5" wide I have roughly 4" from the outer lip to Leaf Spring

In theory you should be able to reach that 10.5-11in wide wheel with that much room still. Even with tire flex you'll have more than 1in to work with.

Shouldn't have to cut a thing because you are making the rim wider inside the wheel well and not pushing the rim outwards towards the fender.

Thanks man I appreciate it. I remeasured everything and emailed Budnik they said they could help me figure it as well I'm hoping I can make this work.

I have Centerline wheels, 20x8.5 that I widened in the rear to 20x10. I got all the room in the world, currently using 295/35 20 but going to a 315/35 20 as soon as I burn these off!

I have 15x11's on my truck with 315 pro's and it fills the wheel well. The tires are huge... but I had to trim my leafs and stretch the bed. It looks amazing, but it took work.

7.5" backspace.

Thanks I appreciate it! I wish I could go 10" but Budnik says with the face on my wheels its either 8.5 or 11 there is nothing in between

any chance you can share some pics? How do you trim leaf springs? never heard that before.
