Default 06 Front end conversion question

For those that have any idea about this whole procedure. I was told today that you need more then just the hood and grille, you also need a header that the grille shell pops into I guess. For some reason I am being told that is different. Any clues out there.

you need those pieces that go inbetween the headlights. they're black in this pic, where they are on the non-HD trucks there is that chrome part of the grill...

Ive researched this extensively. Mostly because a week after I bought my 05 I saw the new 06's. I talked to my father who owns a body shop back home and he said that all I would need was the grill and hood. The grill can be ordered paint to match but I believe if you were to purchase a W/T grill you can get it painted and save some $$. Thats it no fenders, no core support, no bumper brackets. HTH's
