I bought some 04 Tailights from a member on here. He included the wiring harnesses also. What all is involved in getting these to work on my 2002 truck? I have heard there are some issues, but then I have heard they will plug right up.

 

I put 04 Chevy tails on My GMC. All I did was plug in the new harness were the factory harness plugged in and away we went.
The junction box is under the bed behind the bumper on the spair tire frame support.

Yeah, AC. Pretty much what he said. There are a few little wire grommets popped into the frame along the rear rails that hold the harness up and out of the way. Just run the harness back through the way the old ones came out and call it a day.
