Does anyone make one? I have a hd conversion I bought (hood, grille, upper bumper pad) and I'm painting the truck in February. After I get the front end converted I'm thinking of going with a full color change to black and color-matching the new front end like Cuerva's rcsb but I really want the upper bumper pad smoothed like his. Does anyone make one or did he just have his loaded with high-build primer and sanded? Any help is much appreciated.

 

When I did my HD conversion about a year ago, I was unable to source one. I would also like to know if one is currently available.
