Default 00' GMC w/ 03' front end?

I stopped by the local GM lot the other day and looked at the 03's to see if there is any diffrence between the bumpers and/or the headlights/blinkers/hood/fenders,etc.... From what i could see there is no diffrence other then the grille itself. My question is has anyone done this yet and if so what problems did you have as far as fittment issues once you finished?? Also a $$$$ for this if you have it

Thanks

Dillon

everything body wise from the front windhield up is diffrent. diff fenders, bumper, hood, head lights, and grill. everything back stayed the same except for the tail lights. but only on the fleet side did the tail lights change

thats on the chevys , the gmc is only the grill and bumper , the hood ,fenders , headlights and blinkers are the same as 99-02 . from what ive seen done you can swap grills but the bumper mounts are different on the 03-04s and would require some fab work to get the bumper bolted on to the 99-02 trucks.

I have seen a few trucks that have done the conversion and like rayce08 said just the bumper needs minor adjusting!

This is a 2001 I believe. Its featured in a Truckin' mag before the conversion. I like the new front end.

Default Denali=$$$$$

I was hoping that my assumpsion was right in that the only diff. was the grille and the bumper. Fab work is that least of my concerns. I wanted a diff look to the truck but not for $2000 for the denali conv!!! Thanks for the info

Does anyone know the details about converting a 2000 silverado to the denali front? I have been searching for parts and scouring over the net.... which led me to this wonderful forum. Please share all information you can. Parts numbers, quantities, prices, places to purchase, good deals and dealers. Ive seen that it can be done for $1200 and thats what Im aiming for.

Thanks in advance...
