Next, you click on this ,then there will be a text block,
there you post your picture http address like this below

(if you don't have the pics online then you need to upload them to an account like photobucket.com or whatever), then click the "OK" button.
Then the pic will be in the text of the post.
Keep the picture size to a minimum, you really should not have to scroll to the right to see the pics, unless they are worthy.
Keep in mind that there are some that have 56k still and may want to see those pics without waiting all day.
