both should. the scoop on the sti is usually larger. the scoop has the intercooler underneath it.

 

My sti ran 8.3 in the 1/8th SPINNING all 4 off the line. No mods!!!

 

WOW, slowec.. sounds like ya need to let some air out or get some stickier tires?? haha
my friend said he wants the car..but they lady that has it said it only gets about 22-24mpg?
Does that sound about right?
I was thinking they would get high 20s atleast!

 

yea both have intercooler and they all run pretty good stock

 

I was always in the throttle so my milage sucked. "Flame suit on" It was the most fun car to drive I have owned.

 

obviously poking at ya is needed, but IMO it is an awesome car. much respect for that stock rocket on 4 wheels. Lots of fun. Another difference between wrx sedan and sti is the sti you can dirrect % power to front or back. Awesome fun to be had with that ability.
