Worst kill yet.
Chevy Truck= 1
Dog= 0
Air Dam= -1
Almost had 2 kills, had one dog one at my left headlights, one at my right, could only go left, swerved and only got one
. Dog was a good 50lbs for the split second I saw him. Passed a cop about 5 seconds earlier that was going the opposite way and he heard/saw me swerv and turned around and guess he saw my air dam and dog there and stopped with his lights on, so he probably took care of it. I did not go back and look at the dog because I don't want it to haunt me for the rest of my life...Told my brother and he said he sees those dogs on occasion running around on that road. Feel bad about it, but at least I did not get both. 
Bout to order some HIDs, just wished I could've already had them on and maybe avoided this.
What can you do though?...let the chips fall where they may.
Anybody else ever hit an animal of this type?

no but if I ever do I'm gonna turn around and kill what ever I hit again... I got the ss kit on my truck so if I hit something there goes the paint and probably the bumper and that thing wasn't cheap I would care if it was the stock bumper though...

Hit a dear once with my Typhoon. Dear was badly injured so my buddy who was in the car snapped it's neck so it would suffer anymore. Broke the front bumper, core, hood, radiator and the ROOF!!!
Don't feel bad bro, nothing you can do about it,
happens. I especially don't feel bad for the dogs in my old neihborhood who used to chase cars and bite the tires...never caught them but that one time...

i've had too many run ins with animals but 2 that i remember most are:
driving home from school 1 night at about 11pm doing about 60mph and nailed a dear. killed the truck and took out the entire front end, fan and radiator. got out of the truck to see if the dear was dead and to drag it off the road. as i was getting out it was trying to get up!! so i grabbed my gun from behind the seat figuring i would just put it down but the bastard got up and ran into the woods before i got back out of my truck! $2500 in damages to the truck

second one is, just bought the truck about a week before it happened. i was heading down a residential street and nailed a white husky. doing about 30-35 and the dog ran out in front of me. dog took out the plastic piece under the bumper and went under the tire. i went to the house that i thought the dog's owner lived and told her what happened. she came out and gathered up her dog and apologized to me. at the time i thought well she took that well but then 2 weeks later i get a summons to court. she tried to sue me cause i killed one of her breed dogs. she lost that lawsuit and had to replace the plastic piece on my truck too cuase of the leash law.

I nailed a skunk on a road trip from Houston to Lubbock, . . . . the sucker EXPLODED under the suspension. I didn't stop, and put up with the funk as long as I could . . . . I stopped at the next town for a car wash to get the rest of the stench off.

I don't know if this counts as Road kill but the last post made me think of it...
In college a guy from accross the hall had a grudge against another classmate. thing is I wouldn't want to screw with my buddy accross the hall, he came from a pig farming family in the BFE (butt f@%$ egypt) of S. Carolina. He drove a Silverado with the confederate flag on the hood and a I love dixie horn...guy was rough around the edges you might say!
Anyways, on day we're down by the waterfront and he pics up a rock and throws it at the breakwater which is about 40 yards away. **** sucker nails a raccoon in the head with the rock and knocks him out. Runs over, reaches over the wall and pulls him out of the water. We go back to his room where he procedes to teach us city boys how to properly skin and dry a animal skin/furr. We were stealing salt from the cafeteria for 2 weeks!!
Anyways, he took the bloody and skinned carcass and popped the hood on this other guys car that he didn't like and he stuck the body inside the engine bay and slammed the hood so only the paws and head were sticking out. Guy didn't notice it at first so drove around with it there and the engine cooked the nasty rotting skinned body. That guys car had the worst possible smell from that day on and no amount of cleaning ever got that car back to normal, it was up in the AC ducts, maggots were in the frame...it was badddddd!
Anyways, sorry for the long post but I think in this case it was
