Default Turbo Ricer

Got me another kill saturday night. Guy with a turbo honda hatchback. A friend of mine had called me and said some guy with a turbo honda hatchback wanted to race so I said ok and we met up at his house. We were bs'ing and he said he was running 5 psi or so. We went out to the racing spot and he told his two buddies that they couldn't ride with him that they would weigh him down. I already had two guys riding with me, so I told them to hop in with me that it wouldn't be fun sitting on the side of the road. The guys starting saying you sure man we dont wanna weigh you down.

Anyway, first race was from a 20 roll I was in 4wd we take off he starting spinning I catch and take off, pulled him pretty good to 70 or 80 he was probably two trucks back, by the time we hit 110 he was a truck back.

Second race was from a 30 roll, same result we take off I catch because im in 4wd and take off. End up beating him about the same at 110.

Third race the ricer wants to go off the line. So I said ok cool man, lined up I boosted up to to almost 5 psi and take off, I actually started spinning in 4wd so I let out of it and got back in it and took off. The whole time this was happening the ricer was spinning. I ended up getting him by two trucks or so that time at 100 or so.

I wanted to go again off the line so I could get a better launch, I have never spooled it up that high but it was obviously too high so that wont happen again. Pretty fast little ricer, but the ole crew cab got him. We came back into town and pulled over and a gas station and bsed a bit. He showed me his turbo and all that. The dude was running the turbo with no air cleaner, and he was making 100psi of fuel pressure. He said something about taking his regulator out to get it that high. I asked him how much it weighed and he said 2600 with him and some other guy in it at SAR. Anyway its always nice to beat a turbo car with 6000+lbs in your truck.

Haha nice. Car was loud, he had it straight piped. Outside looked like ***, all dented up some nasty green color. I would have never though it would be turboed if I rolled up on it on the street.
