ok, every since i built the engine in my truck, iv been wanting to run a silvy SS. but every time i came across one, the driver was a older person, and never would ran me, but today that changed

i was goin through town and stopped at a store for some grub. i was hungry.
i saw a all black SS, sext imo. the driver walked out, some young punk, thinkin hes a thug. i looked at him and said 'nice truck dude'...his come back was yea, better than that piece of **** and pointed at my truck, i laughed and said yea. i said, 'wanna race'? he laughed and said you stand no chance, i said, 'ok, lets see' he asked, are you serious? i said yep. he laughed and said ok, follow me.

we drove to a old airport thats been shut down for years, its one big slap of concret now.

so we lined up, he asked, 'are you sure you want your *** whipped', i said yep.

so we line up, he said on the 3rd honk, go...


round one, on the 3rd honk, we took off. i had to kinda ease into the throttle a little to soon, i broke the rear 'tire' lose lol, but i still had a nose on him, when i shifted, i started to slowly pull him, i let off at 100, i had about 1.5 trucks on him



he was shocked, he said one more time, i said ok. this time i put her in 4HI, we lined up and this time i stalled her to about 1000 rpm, on the 3rd honk i floored it, i started pullin him right off the back, at 100, i had about 2.5-3 trucks on him


i was proud. the dude didnt even stop, he just turned around and left.

his truck, ima say like a 05-06 SS, only mod i can see was a exhuast.




now i know thats not fast by most of yalls standards, but i just started modding my truck to drag race, its a slow progess.

i wish i had my camara with me, but i wasnt expecting it, i was just goin get some lunch

i do keep my camara most of the time, i had it out uploading some pics and didnt put it back in.

i feel if my shift point were correct, i would have beat him a little more, if you watch my speedo vid, youll see what i mean
