Feels good to know my truck is running how it is at 80% throttle and still a very safe tune LOL. The guy was more impressed with my truck than I was with his....I didn't want to come off too arrogant so I didn't say it but there's a LOT left in my truck with a trans that's 100% healthy and my tuning all squared away.
Ben, you arrogant weenie.

So, he outweighs ya by 50% or more, & was using his 50% tune?

...Sorry, I'm just proud of how it ran considering I built the entire truck myself.
It's a great deal of pride/ satisfaction in doin yourself.

And in short, my truck is a 2000 ECSB, forged 347ci motor, front mounted and intercooled 78mm Precision Turbo on 10psi, a 4L80E with a Circle-D 258mm 3500 stall billet converter, all the supporting fuel system and drivetran and suspension mods to go along with it...

This setup has less than 1300 miles on it, so I'm very pleased with how it handled that Dodge, especially considering this combo has a TON more potential. Should be good for solid mid-low 11s once its all said and done.
Bla bla. j/k Ben, I gotta bust ya chops. In 1st post from you I quoted, u said trans is 100% healthy.

Nor get smoked if he's @ 100%.
BTW, I was always impressed how lean your truck was lightened.

Forward gears are good to go, reverse is burnt up at the moment. I've been leary of beating on it too hard. I've kept it under about 80% throttle or so...

u guys are lucky, i live in oregon, anyone who got a diesel here has some huge exhaust piping and tips and usually has some sort of edge tune, bullydog, etc. i have my guage pod on my pillar and i always have my window down. my truck is lowered so i can pretty much look directly into the exhaust tip if positioned right. but when these big diesels see my guage pod, its like and unwritten code to try to teach me a lesson for having a lowered truck with my window down. yesterday a 2500 duramax tried to fill my cab with smoke but i moved just in time and we ended up racing from a dig to mid 3rd and ive got to say, i know my truck has some ***** in it for what it is (turbo 4.8) but this truck sounded louder than my truck (sts kit with no muffler/cats, turndown after muffler). he ended up being door to door with me from dig to end. so i gotta admit, these diesels that are being built these days are no joke, especially when their making 600-800 rwhp and somewhere near 1000 lbs of tq. dont take em lightly, i know im not anymore.... good race tho, u must be putn down some serious power at max boost with that set up

Come race my diesel, I got a 120HP with your name written all over it. My truck is super light too, it only weighs 7500 LBS.
