Racing from a roll......

I like to space the honks out so the other guy doesn't jump the gun. When I honk I will not take off until after I hit the 3rd honk. I like to try and keep it fair.

I hook good on the street from a dig. I run radials on the street and I pull these big block Chevy trucks around here that are running 14.5 wide slicks out of the hole like crazy. But from a roll I break traction everytime. I just wont race from a roll, like to use ever bit of my tourque I can because that is where my truck pull is in the low RPM's

thanks for the advise.... now I know to race the lightnings from a roll at the next street race....

An "L" shying from a roll race? I have heard it all now. Any contest of speed is racing. Just ask the guys who write the tickets for it.

i cant lie, i used to do a lot of dead stop go racing in my '00 silverado and all i did was wheel hop all over the place

AWD+Brick Aerodynamics+turbo lag= bad roll races
like the other day when a Vette reved at me on the freeway

Now a stoplight is a whole different story...
