These tundras have vary stout engines in them, iv done a little researce on them and it dont suprize me thay run like thay do, with almost 400hp and the trans gearing and stock tuning on these truck thay should run every bit of what thay do, its not are falt chevy doesnt put this kind of a setup in a single cab cause we all know thay have the engine and drivetrain setups out there to go low 12s ease if thay wanted to, yes tundras are fast stock ill give them that, but if you want to go any faster then that then the chevy cant be beat.

It might beat a Extra Cab Tundra, but not even close to a RCSB 5.7L.
Apples to Apples, and if GM offered a 6.2L in RCSB then you might have something to discuss.
The RCSB 5.7L is the fastest production truck built today, with the new Hemi Ram R/T 5.7L coming in a very close second.
Funny you mention build quality, thats something GM has been known for

I Ran 150 wet shot on mine and the tranny did not like it at all, jetted down to 125 and she ran must faster.

stepside04, i see you have a chevy....whos side are you on anyway?
I say regardless who has fastest production, my truck is AMERICAN. I am an AMERICAN. If i bought a rcsb toyota with low 14's yes id beat other stock vehicles, up until those stock vehicles modded themselves up a lil bit, something nissans and toyotas cant do as well. Still wouldnt feel good about it because its Japanese.
My family is rooted in chevrolet. My life revolves around my chevrolet. If it wasnt a chevy, it'd be a dodge or a ford before a foreign job, no matter if its built here. Thats just the way it is. I wont settle for the hot new thing when our domestic vehicles have driven me around for all these years.
