Was out cruising this evening just before dark on a four lane highway and I come up on this clean blue 350Z with some chrome exhaust tips and a nismo sticker on the back. He had the top down just cruising along and listening to his music in traffic. About a mile or so down the road we both catch a traffic light together . I’m not really one to egg it on and I didn’t really even think he was paying me no mind so when the light goes green I just decide to wait and see what he’s gonna do. Well I guess when we reached about 35 mph he decided he didn’t want me pacing him any more with my exhaust in his ear and he hit it and jumped about 1/2 a car length before I answered back. Well I catch the 2 - 1 downshift and tires spin a little and catch and I yank about a half a car length back putting us even. Well I hear him bang his rev limiter over my screaming exhaust and he falls back another length and about the time I hit 80mph and he is 3 back he finally gives up and falls way back. Well I slowed down and was going to wait for him to come back up and see if he wanted to go all out from a dig or get a roll going but he just hung back behind me for the next 2 miles before we caught the next light. He never even looked over at me before we both turned and went our separate ways.
