dura and forester

Default dura and forester

First was a 03 duramax with a bullydog turned up..120 level he said

Raced from a dig and pulled about 2 lengths on me to 90.
After that we went from a 35-40 punch and i pulled about 1 length by 85 but he was gaining up.

2nd was the old lesbowasgon hah
04 subaru forestor 2.5 turbo 5 speed with downpipe and no cat..
stock specs for it are 210 hp 235 tq
13.8 sec @ 97 mph


Went from a 40-45 punch he put a bus on me (5 cars)to 85-90..

Wow, I never would of expected the forester to do that. He have any weight reduction to go with those numbers? I know those things have potential but...what were his mods?

There is no telling what might pull up next to you at a light these days. The head has run a 12.23 @ 115 in his forester.

He has never ran the car, only mods are catless downpipe..
CAr is pretty quick the run on average stock like 13.9-14.3..

I think any car that runs turbo's stock can be a sleeper and have potential. Subaru, saab, Volvo's...seems like those sweeds love their turbo's. There's no doubt that those things can be fast but I'm wondering how much work/$ is involved to get them there.
