Default Newer modded Evo

I went to a semi-local car clubs show, and hung out all day. There were some cool cars there, and I got to meet some of the guys that I have talked to on their site. Anyways, as I was leaving I was getting on the interstate and an evo with a header, bigger turbo, exhaust, and some other stuff I'm sure, came flying up the entrance ramp behind me. When we got off the ramp onto the highway he stayed behind me, so I thought he didn't want to play, so I set my cruise, and turned up my stereo. Then I look over, and he flys past me in the next lane, so I nail it too. He got to be about 2-3 car lengths ahead of me before I stopped his pull, and started catching up. I don't know how fast we were going when I caught him, but the look of shock on the 2 guys faces as I pass them going probably 120-130, was awsome, mouths hanging open, wide eyed. I let off, and of course the ricer flyby, I just wish that someone else from the club would have been there to witness, because it hasn't been posted on the site yet.

Very impressive kill. Big turbo evo's are know to make 500+whp. So if you whooped him that good then props!

I don't know anything about them, but the turbo on this car looked bigger than the same car sitting next to it. I doubt that it was 500hp, I'll look on the web, and see if I can find out.

It wasn't as revved up as I thought it was. He said it makes 280 hp, but it was still cool seeing how surprised the guys were.

They arent cheap. I know a guy cranking out 600whp in his and it took alot of cash to get there. Mostly cause at that power level the stock transfer case and 6speed crater out and need beefed up. But it is a bullet on wheels!
