Diego said someone told him he's running a 200 shot now; supposedly thats why he hasn't been seen the past few weeks. All through the grapevine, obviously. If thats true he'll definitely have a chance at winning. But his engine won't. Especially not if the first thing he does with his 200 shot is call someone out.

Just got back...we went twice from 40-120. I won one, he won one. First time I had him by a fender and he let off. I started reeling him back in around 100 and got my nose in front before we hit 120. Second run he took me by like 2 cars, I was surprised. His car is definitely fast as hell, I have no doubt he's in the 11s now on the bigger shot. The second time around I couldn't pull him back in before 120 like the first time. He said he shifted quicker the last run, and I'm sure the old truck was heat soaked a bit from the last run. Good races for sure.

Your truck sounds awesome, it's gotta be pretty freaky for those guys to hear that monster spool up right at the level of their head!!
Nice runs, aside from the jump which is a given seeing that he's N/A, I'd think your pretty even with him.
Did you find out what size shot he was running?

 

So after you get a new pump, and get you IDC lower. It should be way better!

 

I do love how it sounds in those videos He said he was running a 140 shot, and I have nothing but his word. He dynoed 365/440 on a 100 shot, so it should be over 400hp now. I believe he ran a 12.2 at 113 on the 100, so that means I am neck and neck with what should now be an 11 second car!

Yes, definitely need more fuel. In my logs from those runs its hovering around 11.5 AFR, but the meth is crutching it so it needs to be richer. Seeing a couple degrees of KR here and there, being leaner than it should be. It should take some more timing with more fuel, so I'd say its got another 40hp or so on top of what its putting down now. Once I get the fuel worked out I'll have to get a rematch with him.

 

Dude...I can't believe you don't had ANY track times yet? I read you don't want to blow up your DD and I understand that, but-what's the difference in like three 1/4 mile runs to get an idea of the times/versus street racing?
