Was on my way home from getting a haircut and see this silver WRX make a right hand turn from the right side of the intersection as I’m waiting for my light to go green. I proceed straight and try and catch up as I’m reaching behind the seat to crack my fresh nitrous bottle open. We finally catch a light and its a six lane highway, 3 on each side so I pull up on the far right side. I notice its a young girl driving with her boyfriend in the passenger seat and she is revving the **** out of it with the blow off valve going nuts. Just as light is about to go green, I notice a sheriff unit on the opposite side so we roll out slow and as the sheriff unit goes by a ways, we both just kinda hit it and I pulled her by about 4 cars from a 50 roll on the spray and let out. She never came back up and I had to make a left so I figured that would be it. Well I notice that she is making a left too but she is a few cars back. After driving slow for about 2 miles she gets back up beside me and I hear her down shift, we are doing about 40 mph which is bad for me and traffic is stuck behind us. I give 3 honks and we both hit it and were side by side for fraction of second before she shifted and immediately fell back a car and just continued to fall back slowly. I stayed in it until a little over a 100 and she was about 8-10 cars back. I slowed down to make a left hand turn into my neighbor hood and they slowly went by and we all gave each other a thumbs up.

 

Nice kill. It's always cool when the person you beat is cool about it. They have respect for you and your ride. I can't stand it when they get all pissed or do a flyby.

 

Sounds like you would have given her all she could handle on just the motor.

 

I only trap ~102mph on motor and ~109mph spraying after it hits second at 50mph. I probably could have beat her on motor, but like to use the spray because it ends the race quicker with no questions asked and I like to rub it in a little

Only went once over a year and half ago, 1st run on motor was a 13.5 at 102mph on a 2.2 60ft and 2nd run on a 100 shot was 13.5 at 109mph spraying after it went into 2nd gear on a 2.2 60ft. I need slicks and need to learn how to drive.

 

With slicks and good driving you are probably high 12's on motor, and low 12's high 11's on N20.
