on eof my buddies just picked up a 98 gt with intake and exhuast. we went out look for a place to race, we made a right turn and went from about 20mph roll to about 90. we did this 3 times and once from a stand still. i had a shitty start, but each time he couldnt pull more than half a car ahead of me. i figure for my mods, a passenger, and a full tank its not bad. just did the tranny and tune a week ago, that was my first race after breaking in my converter. he only started pulling at about 75-80

 

Was it auto? Either way your truck is running pretty good.

 

Nice runs, won't take you much more in mods to get to where you need to be able to beat him.

the guy with the gt went to the track (i think california speedway) AND RAN A 16.1. WTF?? i have to be waayy faster than that. i beat a titan when i had only a few boltons and no tune. somethings up. either he drove like ****, or i had a bad start when we raced or something. my truck sounds and feels very strong, not a hiccup anywhere.

 

Yeah I wouldn't sweat it! I'm sure your way ahead of that, definetly a full second in any case.
