Raced a friend of a friend's RSX Type S. Ran from a 20 roll til around 100mph, put about four cars on him. Raced again from 40, put about 3-4 to 100mph.

What are the Type S's running in the 1/8th or 1/4th?

 

I raced a RSX type S when I was just full bolt ons and he raped me from a 40 and from 10. He had cams and stuff in it though, that he didnt tell me about of course.

 

I forgot to mention it had Injen CAI, Race header, full exhaust and ESMM?.

He has some kind of reflash that he is getting put on next week, so a rematch will be in order.

I raced a type s from a dig, when all i had was a cai and tune, he beat me by a car up to 90. Not sure what mods he had if any though.

 

I saw one last night with intake and a reflash run 14.19 last night with a 2.1 60 foot. It really surprised me; I ran one a while back with a fart cannon on it from a roll and hosed it pretty good so apparently just a few mods can make them pretty quick.

 

He said one of the main things in the reflash is it will change shift points from 6800 to 7400.

 

I'd like to run one myself, nice kill by the way the reflash will proably make his vtec kick in at a lower rpm, along with raising his rev limiter. In the words of the ricers that work with me "vetec super hella tight dude!" LOL I hope you smoke his ***.

 

whats the difference between the rsx and rsx type s?

 

Stock type s runs low 15's stock and very low 14's all modded out
Found one with cam drag slicks and bolt ons 13.7
