Stock RCSB Hemi Rams are capable of high 14s.

Bone stock SRT-10 QCs are running mid 13s at the track. This dude is in dreamland....

I was running 14.50's with the only mods being the wire pull and a homemade CAI on 20's and 4880 lbs. race weight, track prep for that nite was sway bar loosened but not removed, 1/4 tank gas, tailgate down, 50 lbs air in the front.... and that was it.

I will agree with you that the Hemi has just too much TM, I do have a 5.3 Silverado extcab sitting in the driveway but it has not been modded ( it's her's) nor will she let me take it to the track but I do not think in it's best day it would have ever stayed with the Dodge. It may do High 15's maybe.... but then I am comparing a extcab to a rcsb ....
I do have quite the intake and if you wish to see it pics are posted in the Dodge section and still on the 1st page.
it is all Home Depot Construction with a cone style filter.
Stay tuned 12's are comming soon!

you see im not downing your choice of trucks I had an 03 rcsb dodge,,but dont tell everybody it was the one with a 5.9 you want to talk about slow and gas milage try 12.5 on highway,,but if a person wants to buy a truck with 1000hp and spend the money of his choice then leave the tm off

Know what you mean, had a 99 Ram Sport with the 5.2.... DOG and 11 mpg... looked good.... and I hate to say it... it was JUNK! bad paint from day 3! puked the tranny @ 62,000 ate brakes like it was going out of style, I am going to quit ragging on it now as I do not want to fill this thread up with 3 more pages of this ****! and I could.
You think I would have jumped ship but I bought another Dodge almost exactly like the other but with the Hemi.... and this one has been the best truck I have ever owned..... so far, 41,000 miles and ragging on it daily! have way over 300 1/4 time slips!
