ok so im in dallas and its me in my truck, my friend in his stock sti, and his friend in his '93 5.0. we were just messin around then we saw a stock evo ofcourse i new i wouldnt keep up at all and not only that there was only 3 lanes. so the sti and evo line up and me the 5.0 line up we took off abt the same time and the sti and evo were gone, but as for the 5.0 we stayed dead even till abt 65 and i beat him by a hood. thats actually pretty good considering his had mods of which i dont kno. oh and for people who have been wondering who won with the sti and evo, the sti won by 2 cars. specs on both- sti 3200lbs 300hp 300tq, evo-2850lbs 276hp and tq i dont kno, but i lost respect. back to the evening. the other two guys ended up leavin to yellow belly but i didnt want to pay to race so i kept drivin around. well i saw a ram "hemi" it had so many hemi tags it was unreal haha, but we stopped at a bridge and took off and he stayed right beside me, so i told him lets go again but from 20, well we did and little did he kno thats where all my trucks powe lies when we took off we stayed even till abt 50 then i started to see his headlights in my side mirror then eventually in my rearview mirror, i let off at 85. there were so many more that night but the best one came when a pretty nice turboed 240sx pulled up. i was gettin on loop12 and he pulls up next to me and told me "hey i can take u" i was like "r u serious". so i told him to get on the freeway and we'll go from 20. he said ok, by the way he was very cocky, and we took off, his blow off valve was ******* louder than **** especially by my window but he stayed next to my cab until 70 then he stayed in the faded sight of my mirrors. i was thinking to myself man im glad i beat him, it made me feel better cuz everything i've raced with a turbo has beaten me. just a few kills.
