it should be the stock trans pressures. I havent touched them.

I beat this same issue to death with this same transmission in Jordan's camaro... Never was able to get it to shift right; still hits the limiter at least once on the 2-3 shift. I can only assume it gets worse with more torque.

What is the actual mph you reach 6000 rpm in 2nd? I always set mine about 4 mph lower than the actual.

Also my shift pressures were always maxed on the 2-3 when I ran my FLT lvl 6 60e. The 3-4 clutch would start to slip at wot and soon after it was gone. I had it rebuilt 3 times. It was the only problem I ever had with that trans.

Between 60 and 63. have it set to 59 and commanded shift is now at 6200. going to do some more wot tuning tonight
