i stomped the **** outa mustang tonight. i was crusing along and mustang pulls up beside me. it was the model before the current body style. sounded nice and had that hood scoop thing some have. so we get to a red light and we hammer it of the line. as soon s we launch i get like 1/2 a car or better on him. torque steer all over. then i just walked away. must have had 4-5 cars on him by 90. i let out he catches up and i hear him kinda rev and down shift. so he takes off and i hammer it. trans shifts down a gear turbo spools and i reel him in. his rear bumper was at my front bumper as the turbo spools then soon as i started pulling it keep going. put another 2-3 cars on him and let out. i had to turn around and go back to the mall for the wifey. oh man it felt so good to just pull away like that. i thought it took alittle while to top out second gear and get into thid but the wife asured me it never stopped pulling. but when it hit third it just pulled harder.

 

Nice to hear your having fun with it, its only been 3 years in the making. lol Plus mustangs suck, it serves him right to mess with a GM SUV. lol

yeah thats what i was thinking. maybe he just wanted to here it again. maybe he thought it was a TB spacer.

I know. I get that from vendors sometimes. They ask "Why did you want to make a Tahoe fast?" I'm like "Who cares, I'm trying to make you money"
