ran up beside a cobra last night
so we're sitting beside each other at the light
and he keeps looking over smiling at me
so I give him a thumbs up
and he nods
so now I know its on and poppin
light turns green
I spin the new generals let off and ease into it
again
by the middle of first hes half a car in front
by the time second hits Im half a car in front
to about 4000 - 4500 I stay about half a car then
from there he slowly edges me out
to about a half by 3rd

I gotta say
I may have got beat but
this is one of the best street races Ive been in

 

nice race man. even though you didn't beat him, i'd still be proud of a big truck hanging with a supercharged car. keep it up man!

 

hell yeah! who knows, with some sticky meats might of been a little different outcome

 

You sure it was s/c'd, or do you have a lot of mods? I dunno, so don't hate, just askin.

I pretty much knew what the outcome was gonna be
before we even started
at the 1/8 track I usually run out on them until the end
then they come blowing by

Your truck must run deep into the 12's then....an 03/04 cobra is a low 12 second car.

 

everyone likes to think about track numbers but street racing is completely different from racing at the track the two shouldnt even be compared.
