Angry Beat in unfair race

so.. I'm driving home and see this 04 white vette make a left as I'm at a stop light. I was thinking if he caught a red up ahead I would crack open the bottle just for the hell of it. As I watch it get further away the light goes green and i hesitate from thinking, then this crx with limo tint and a boom canon passes me and hears me punch to get to the vette.
I was like aww hell no it's time to burn the rice

I was bout to crack the bottle but figured "eh, don't waste the precious on this piece of "

So i get up to speed with him and try to gauge if he wants to go. He accelerates a lil and I was like maybe,.. maybe not. Then suddenly he drops the clutch so ******* hard I was like **** I'm done. I floor it when hes already two cars ahead but let off to about part throttle . I was in third and it was no use. The turd had some speed

Now I'm like **** this bucket, I open the bottle and wait for a red light to stop him. I'm pacing him at around 75 hes doing 80 and we're on a 55mph road. I don't want to go WOT on nitrous and do one of those fly by bullshits, I WANT HIM FROM A DIG! MAKE HIM HURT! Then he throws his flashers. WTF I'm cruising! Maybe he thought I was a v6 that couldn't go past 80 then the dumb *** slows down to what I think is my chance and turns into a neighborhood. This is how My night ends

Oh I know he'd get me. Three months ago in brackets I had to lineup to a 05 ZO6. Needless to say I took his *** on the first 50 footer. I just wanted to see if I could cheap shot him and hold off the beast till 60 or 70 mph

yeah N/A. I just got the nitrous running right today so i've been on the hunt for Red October. Culprit: piece of **** BMN window switch. Now I run off the finger switch. I think it'll run a nice thirteen on the spray. My **** falls flat on its face in third gear. O and the 14.8 was also with out a full tune. I gained 15rwhp 10rwtq across the board with my current tune

In bracket racing the launches are staggered so that a 13 second dial in will start 2 seconds before an 11 second dial in
That's why dial in is so important, a slower vehicle can actually win.

My bad, I didn't mean true "bracket racing" I just always call the staging lanes brackets because there is a "slick" lane, "street" lane, "motorcycle" Lane. I need to stop throwing that word around

I usually throw it in second when I mess with people. They hear the whine from my messed up tensioner and get scared. its bout loud as a S/C I swear. I also do it so I don't get cheap shot and get stuck in third gear like tonight. I fuggin hate that gear.
