Thanks GV!
i know a guy that has a 56 sitting under his shed rusting. after we get through racing we are supposed to try and crank the '56. it has a 304ci? it was a 283 or something like that and was punched out to a 304. it has a Nice cam and some kind of heads? but we have to rebuild the carb first. its goin to be fun.
cant wait to race then try to get the other belair running!

Got an update... but still no race..
The guy caught me at the High School Football game friday night.
He said that he wants to race from a 30roll, and it is a '56. but before he does he is putting an Alum. intake, headers, and a carb(didnt say what size).
i told him i would go get a 100 dry shot since he got the intake, headers, and carb.
he said no spraying
But if i beat him, he is goin to get his '79 Corvette.
and by any chance i beat him in the vette he is goin to get his daughters 05 LS2 M6 GTO.
but i cant wait! even if i do get beat. and by the looks of it if i win the first or second race i doubt ill win the 3rd. he has a Grand National that aint stock. probably a 12 sec car?
