You could probably take the ss, but I wouldn't even waste your gas on the L unless you just want to hear it whine! lol get a few more mods and then head for the L and SRT-10. None the less way to put a dodge in his place

What's it run in the 1/4? My friend's 4.7L peg leg Dakota ran 15.3 stock. My R/T was 15.2 spinning at 91mph. Hemi Rams run as quick as 14s stock. Silverado SS does low-mid 15s. 1st Gen L does mid 15s, 2nd Gen L does 13s.
And that's just bone stock trucks.
Apparently ya haven't raced a lot of truck or are just picking the right trucks to race.

Most of the frontiers I have read about turned like a 15.9-16.1, but thats the reports from mags, you know how they have the worse drivers in history, but not bad for a small V-6. With the weight vs. HP ratio, you should be close to alot of full size trucks.

My truck is pretty close to a 1500 4.8 5speed as far as power and weight.
My truck weight is 4000lbs
Here a
website with dyno graphs . He has an auto so I should dyno higher when I go in for mine (2 or 6 weeks depending if I can install this next weekend).
