The show goes on... Ended up buying a press-in adapter from LSX Concepts and it was too small for the port. Or the pump port was too big for the fitting. Either way, I ordered a pump from Tuff Stuff that has AN fittings on it to get rid of this problem completely. Won't be here for at least another week. Maybe it'll be boost weather again before I get this thing on the road
This is easily the most difficult time I've had getting ahold of bone stock parts.

It's boost season again....and it's almost on the road. Got some additional work to do with the water pump placement, trying to get air bubbles out and such. But otherwise its technically drivable. Be a little bit before its really making any steam though.

It's not the crank.... Even after bending 2 Gen 4 Rods, the bearings looked perfect.

It's because I tried to follow the directions not knowing the gates work in reverse on those turbos... and the boost goes up to about 7-8psi and skyrockets instantly to about 20psi before you can lift.

Some day I'll drive it. But for now I'm taking idling without overheating as a big win
This is a video from the latest endeavor to control coolant temp without a thermostat because I didn't want the rats nest of plumbing that comes with GM's coolant loop method and not using a stock water pump. Seems to be working in the garage...gotta get it on the road and see how it does.
