Okay, this will help. Disconnect your battery, pull tail light and put a 12v charger on the reverse light hot wire (should be green) and find the hot wire in that connector with test light (could be the green wire you have circled). Then run a wire from that pin to shifter switch and from switch back to a key on hot wire. Usually they are beside each other in that connector.
The green wire has to have key on power to light up the tail lights when the circuit is complete.

I pulled my source off my radio harness if I remember correctly..
What wheel/tire setup are you running, did I miss that part...
Nevermind found it, you are running soft 8's. What offset? All I can find for the rear offset is a 4" backspacing.

I'm finally getting to these reverse Lights but Im not sure if I'm sourcing the correct wire...I've tried to find pictures but it seems most guys talk about a lime green wire for the reverse Lights but all I have is this darker green wire(circled in picture) and isn't doing **** when I put 12v to it. I've checked the bulbs, they're good. Also checked fuses...unless I'm having a brain fart and missing something obvious. Possibly another source under the dash?

To say I'm proud of this little truck would be an understatement. Finally after countless hours building this truck I'd say 700hp is pretty respectable on a stock bottom end 4.8! We're still having a few issues on the Dyno with the truck falling on its face around 5500. We're gonna take it to the track and see if the problem were experiencingclears up at all, if not.. This winter I'll pull it and send it out for a reflash. We finished up at about 17.5lbs of boost and made 694hp, depending on how the rest of this season goes and if I can get a new motor together, we might turn it up some. Unfortunately I never gapped the rings so that's my biggest concern trying to keep this thing together. All in all I'm pretty damn happy, I Guess now it's time to finally enjoy it and get a few passes on it.
