I haven't made an update in a while so I figured I would post these pics.
Maybe the worst photo shoot ever but here are some up and down pics.

are you running shocks? that's really tall extensions for shocks to be on the truck.

i like a short bed 2500 actually, it's kinda cool.

i get your point to get rid of the axle warp, but if your not going to go for show, why bag it? you could have saved yourself a ton of cash if you would have just ran Caltracs.

i see you're on a cheater slick. is there anything done to the truck?

Yes shocks are on all corners.

I eventualy plan to get the truck cleaned up, painted, and more picture worthy. Also bagging was fun.

The truck has CAI, BB tune, 2800 stall, race built trans, 100 shot of juice, and some weight reduction. N/A it runs 14.2@96 I think, and 13.4 on the 100 shot @ 100 mph. I have a cam to put in after I make it to the track once this year, and plan to up the juice.

well holy crap, that explains it all! the bags arent going to help you launch honestly. it will allow the weight to transfer then unload its weight when it rolls bavk to the front thanks to the air in the bags. you should put limiter straps on the front for hard launches and you should buy a "stiff" rear shock so you can have it lower and it not wanna roll on ya. thanks makes sense??
i think its cool man, what did you weld with? a tig, mig, stick weld

MIG, I have a snap-on might mig.

It actualy lauches awesome, and doesn't seem to unload between shifts. On the street I almost dead hook and no spinning on shifts. With street tires it will chirp them pretty good especialy on the 1-2 shift.

The shocks are monroe reflex and they are fairly stiff and work quite well.
