Why don't you use the $400 on repairing the transmission, and leave the cam alone, it ain't broke.

Truck doesn't have a trans so its not broken LOL ill be putting a 80E and shift kit along with a few other goodies. As far as the cam goes. I just want something different.

made a little headway on the state-wide scavenger hunt today

everythings pretty much pictured except the 4" exhaust system... that thing is freakin massive.

LOL, no Yank in there... Just a stocker

I'm going to be cleaning up and painting my motor if my valve covers would ever show back up from powdercoat not really sure what colors to do the block and or covers, chevy orange is kinda played out IMO

do the block in black and the covers grey to match your truck

The valvecovers are getting crinkle coated black, I'd kinda like to do the rest of the covers the same and do the block something different... Maybe gloss black, cold side piping is getting painted flat black... And the truck may not be grey a whole lot longer. the turbo is polished/ceramic and I'd like to shine the heads up a bit too.

Really considering it... Either that, or just getting rid of the 2-tone and going with solid storm grey and getting rid of a couple dents. There's local shows all the time, I'd like to be able to have the "complete package" nice paint, wheels, interior, and something impressive looking under the hood too... I would love to show this thing a little and feel like I've got a shot haha

Timeslips are first priority though as always
