updates...
my truck is STILL at paint - going on 5 weeks now... i hope to get it back this week.
My new revised wheels are almost done, should be picking them up this week too.
My complete fuel system has finally arrived - all from racetronix - 96# injectors, AEM driver box, new pigtails, some new harnesses. (will post pics later)
my overhead gauge install is in this months issue of truckin'... doing a couple more articles in the next couple of weeks - triple gauge pod install (boost, wideband, FP), and some interior upgrades - some more leather, suede, and color matching paint.
and it goes on...

Ok, couple of updates, i hate updates without pics, but for now I am saving most of the progress pics for the final post, which will be a summary version of this one, so anyone can see the complete build in one continuous thread in a page or two start to finish...anyways on to the updates -
1. truck is still at paint, my paint budget has just about doubled my original quote, but the deeper into paint, the more stuff i wanted done and changed - ie new tonneau cover, shaved handles, dash pieces, engine stuff... I hope to get it back on Tuesday.
2. wednesday I have a photoshoot with truckin' to do a tech article for my triple gauge pod - wideband, FPR, boost - all autometer. We are also finishing the tech article on the Dougs stainless cutouts - wiring for it.
3. truck is going into the upholstery shop after - complete new interior - top to bottom, to match the truck paint scheme two-tone silver and blue with charcoal. The a-pillars and dash have been painted body color silver, the rest of the dash will be covered in dark charcoal suede double stitched seams. and a portion of the paint scheme graphics will be incorporated too. est $5k
still have to finish the fuel system, final engine assembly and tune, new wheels are done - picking them up tuesday maybe, sound system is in the works, but expect a center consol build out(front to back) with subs hidden and angled - painted and upholstered... still have to color match the wilwood calipers blue caliper and silver letters. the end is in sight... damn!
