Thankyou, i can't take the credit for it all. I've had lots of help along the way, still an on going project that will go on a long time..lol.

Bodywork was supposed to be done as soon as my brothers shop has time but may wait till spring. Its not noticeably bad so it can wait. The rockers and cab corners have spots down towards the bottom so they will be replaced and a front fender will be changed too. That has a small spot but its all getting done, not sure will it be all the same color or two tone.

This was a bitch, the coilover upper bolt was froze in the sleeve. First had to heat those up and had to air hammer em out. Both preload nuts had the bolts froze in them so I cut the bolt and used a punch to spread it apart...I needed to loosen up the preload. After that both shocks about fell off..lol. The upper cap was super tight, took a bit to get em off. Had to wire wheel the threads and never seize the threads. I got the new upper nuts and secondary nuts on. Loosened the bottom set screw, pushed on the shock body and pulled out the snap ring. Pulled the shaft out, loosened the nut and swapped the compression valving. Put all back together and adjusted it so the top spring isn't so compressed. Charged em with 200 and it seems pretty good. It's alot softer than before from what I can tell, I know later when the snow/ice is gone off the roads. Going to give it less preload once it settles some, should be an inch lower.

The shock valving and new springs worked, the firm ride is now softer and the bigger bumps aren't rough anymore. Even handles a little better this time. Need to do new rear shocks soon too but this ***** getting expensive..lol.

Next on the list getting done is the front brakes, since i have a dana 60 up front their is a few kits with big rotors. The kit i'll be doing is 14 inch rotors and huge calipers from a dodge 3500. Going to do power stop drilled and slotted rotors with ceramic pads(z36) and new calipers. Doing new wheel studs since this setup gets converted to a slip on rotor the knurl needs to be moved down. The abs sensors i bought with the harness. New mounts i bought also. Needed new weld on mounts since my current ones are welded to the stock caliper mounts that i won't need anymore. With this setup it should have 20-30% better brakes and will stop a whole lot better.

Bigger / better brakes is always good, IMO

I'm enjoying the updates.

I was going to do the brakes this weekend but i had a pretty large hold up. I picked up the rotor kit and calipers, the calipers are huge and pretty impressive. The rotor kit tho when i opened the box had the pads and only one rotor. That rotor kit was special ordered so it will take a few days to get the other. This box was right from power-stop so somebody made a mistake. I bolted one caliper to the mount and it fit perfect, caliper bolt part # worked perfect too. So right now the rotor is the only missing link....I also ordered a 2011 hydroboost booster for this setup and a set of mopar banjo bolts from rock auto. Ordered this am and i could already have it tomorrow or monday.

Pics aren't good at all, the caliper is bolted to the mount in the 2nd pic.The hole in the mount is over 5 inches. My hand for reference on how big the calipers are. The mounts are bigger than a medium usps flatrate box which is 12 inches. Rotors are still bagged just in case i have to return em. They measure 14 3/16 in diameter...lol

Man! That's some heavy duty stuff there. Should give you some great stopping power. Are you going to powder coat the calipers?

Nah, prob just paint em with por15. Powder coat takes a beating here with the road salt and harsh winter.
